I was wondering if anyone bought a Penske Shock for their 04' GSXR 600 yet? If so any problems? I mounted mine up the other day and when the bottom clevis is fully extended it's exactly as long as the stock shock. So this leaves me no room for adjustment. So what now?
Are you sure you have the one for the '04? I have a Penske for my '04 & I have not had that problem. I can adjust mine to 336mm eye to eye easliy which BTW is only 5 mm of the available 12mm of adjustment on the shock. Stock was 330mm if I remember correctly. If you have a Penske for the '03 then that is your problem. You can still use it but you will have to shim the top clevis with some shims. I got my Penske from LP it was their last one at the time 2 weeks ago.
