I believe it’s not able to be used for public events ...there were some weird stipulations with it if I recall . It’s only a matter of time before a group of exotic car guys snatch it up - it’s 2 hours from Lauderdale Miami Naples and Tampa . But clewiston is ummmm a suspect town to say the least

I got an idea for that place . Put a hydroponic hemp farm on that 150 acre +/- eastern side of the property that ties into the irrigation canal systems. The counties down there are already trying to fix the water quality issues around Lake Okeechobee/Everglades due to farming runoff. Couple Universities figured out that hydroponic hemp is one of the natural filters because sucks up the excess nutrients in the water and minimize algae growth. A viable crop for the greater good of the area, creates jobs, water quality improvement, and a agriculture tax exemption for the property. That might get you the leverage with the county for opening the track for public use. Could name the track The CBD GP
