http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GSXR...012QQitemZ220185434927QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW I won a brake rotor to replace one on my GSXR front end. The rotor I won was stock. But this rotor is the one they shipped to me (from another auction, also stating it's for a GSXR750). Does anybody recognize it? I dont think I've ever seen one of those on a GSXR750. BTW, it has Sunstar stamped on the rotor. Any ideas? Im wondering whether or not I should do anything about it.
It looks like the early GSXR/Katana/RF/GS500 rotor. GSXR Rotors stopped being dished with the SRAD in '96, except for the 1100 (IIRC).
Also looks like a F3 and the blue lock-tite and the shear amount of it looks honda also. But I have never known honda to have a part with the sunstar logo on them. But I have seen that logo on stock suzuki parts.
Sunstar indicates it is a stock rotor. If it is dished, it is definitely not for a SRAD 1997-1999. I am very familiar with that bike.
according to the EBC PDF, the only GSXR that aver had an offset rotor was the 92-93 600. it was a 30mm rotor.
It's the front left one! It says it right on the f@ckin' picture, everybody open their god dammed eyes.
Nope. They used the same rotors as the 750 and they had round holes in the carriers. Not triangular. BTW the rotors on my Triumph Daytona say Sunstar on them, also. Cheers, Lee S.
