Any construction project managers in the house?

I have a few questions to PM.

You don’t have to be a PM to give advice about Shitty GC PM’s .. which in my almost 30 years experience is most of them ...

 

25 years as a GC, 10 as a sub. Hopefully 16 months to go until I'm out of this crap.

I might be able to help depending on the question. I PM mass notification (indoor / outdoor PA Systems) for industrial, military and residential applications. It requires quite a bit of coordination with civil engineering, construction, and electrical contractors.
