You don’t have to be a PM to give advice about Shitty GC PM’s .. which in my almost 30 years experience is most of them ... :D

25 years as a GC, 10 as a sub. Hopefully 16 months to go until I'm out of this crap.

20 years in fire protection, 15 as a PM, us subs know construction better than 98% of any GC PMs. Drop your questions here and you’ll find out what you need to know.

sorry if I offend and GC PMs on here….at least he didn’t ask about architects :D

10 years as a PM in the Nuke business with over $170e6 supervised. Let me know if you need to replace your reactor recirculation pumps, feedwater spargers or steam dryer......

I might be able to help depending on the question. I PM mass notification (indoor / outdoor PA Systems) for industrial, military and residential applications. It requires quite a bit of coordination with civil engineering, construction, and electrical contractors.

Damn...I am willing to help, but if I have to submit a resume after 45 years in the business, I'm out.

We will need to see your report card. Just a picture will suffice... no need to try and scan the stone tablet. :D
