I'm in the market for a set, preferably used, for a 150/160 rear. RS250 & supermoto.

What's the difference between the brands, and should i spend the extra for the adjustable temperature?

Oh, if anyone has any for sale, let me know!

    Thanks!

I have a set of adjustable Chicken Hawks, and I love 'em.

But, when they wear out (and their close), I'll be buying T2's simply to support a fellow racer.

mine only last 2 years and it was $48 to repair....for a cord...

T2 adjustables is worth more than Chicken hawk...

Value for dollar says T2 is the way to go.

David at ChickenHawk is an active AHRMA racer..... and has held #1 plates... I think that would count as fellow racer, just not WERA racer.

I was signaling out Dave Arkle, that's all.

I have nothing against Chicken Hawk Dave, I don't even know him. Congrats to him on his #1 plates.

Hasn't everyone who races AHRMA won #1 plates? :D Hey wait a minute, I have a few #1 plates myself, and two of 'em were on a vintage bike even! :)

Seriously...CH Dave is a "one of us" good guy with a good product and good service. Look around, do your research, and make your decision based on what you find.

He also happens to hit some NC and NE Wera rounds and goes pretty good on a 1098.

I'll just put up another  for CH. I have a set of the basic ones and another with adjustable temp, and both have worked fine.

another +1 for Chicken Hawk. They are much better quality than other warmers ive seen, are made in the US, and has great customer service. Many problems with warmers can be reparied, and Chicken Hawk repairs warmers as well. He may even repair non chicken hawk warmers. a little more expensive, but well worth it.
