The thing is typical of all the "issues" that have been identified with the French. We accuse, they deny, we believe what is printed in the press, yadda yadda yadda. But I have to admit to being predisposed to believing they are capable of this. Just because it hasn't been independantly confirmed doesn't mean it's not true - doesn't mean it is either. How's that for some fence sitting, folks?

How do you determine there is no basis, seems to be some there... who knows. We can't wait until everything is proven before we report it. Hell, we would have never know that OJ Simpson was framed.
