   I picked up a used Transponder.
   
   Can't tell if the number is 0108354 or 0109354
   
   the 8/9 has a slight smudge.
   
   Anyone know how to go about verifying the number?
   
   Can't contact the guy I got it from...

   The first time you use it at the track, they can get the number.
   But you will need the number to register it, the previous owner will need to unregister it.
