'91 GSXR-750 wiring harness

I am reassembling my '91 gixxer and had removed the wiring harness. Of course remembering all of the connections is not working out too well. Anybody in TV land have a gixxer of this approximate vintage that might be able to take a few pics in area of battery box and the starter relay. Any info would be super appreciated!

 

I do have a manual and a Clymer guide, just a bit paranoid on hooking up electrical stuff wrong!

 

the color-coded wiring diagram should spell it all out for you pretty clearly.

 

Bit of the rub is that the color codes don't quite match, maybe previously had some wiring done...stuff cut off, etc... Maybe I'm screwed and will have to start from new.
