6x12 enclosed with TRS

2004 Carmate 6x12 barn door enclosed. torsion single axle, D load tires, LED lights. Interior cabinets. 2 TRS mounts, carpet, microwave, radio, wired for plug in 120v with perimeter rope lights, 4 outlets at rear, 4 at the bench. 10x12 awning that attaches to the rear of the trailer.
$2500 without TRS frames and latches, I'll leave the plates.
$2800 for all.

I dig that awning setup. wish I was in the market.

 

Looking at the interior shot, it looks like the ceiling is insulated. Is that correct?

 

ceiling has lowes 1" insulation panels mounted with double stick tape. The nose cone has pink fiberglass insulation behind the aluminum trim. The walls are not insulated.

 

I too dig the awning setup, it looks homemade - would you mind sharing with me the design, materials list, as well as how you have it attached to the trailer?
