    Hi

What's everyone using here for R1 wheels, the new ones are far from cheap so was curious on what wheels people run and where they are from?

    Cheers

    Marchesini. They're cheaper.

In the Land of Oz? No idea. In the US, we deal with one importer that handles all the Marchesini and Brembo products.

Just get the T1 S wheels they bolt right on and nearly the same weight and 1/4 of the price.

I'm guessing that was a typo and he means the ones off of the 2016 R1S model

The price difference is substantial! Here's a slightly less technically informed (ahem) thread on the subject of weight: http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/361-...ht-difference-magnesium-vs-aluminum-rims.html

Of course if you have to keep things stock to stay within class specs than that post is less useful.
