Just wanted to get more info. How many miles/hours on the bike/engine? How often does the engine have to be refreshed, what is done and about what is the price? Any problems with overheating or warped heads? I weigh in about 160-165. Would it need to be resprung? How much are the rearsets different in height from the stock rearsets and what height/size seatpad is on it? Could you provide more high def pics to my e-mail at [email protected] Thanks, Dave
I will send pics I have, if you want others, reply and I'll get whatever you'd like. As for you questions. Hours on this motor since refresh are about 10. Some folks ran theirs for a season and a half without issue. Miles are unknown, it's a two MotoAmerica season bike. Refresh price would be up to the shop you decide to use; not required to be done by KTM. This motor hasn't had any overheating issues, we only had one motor have that problem and it was at the beginning of the 2016 season. The suspension is spung on the heavy side but not the absolute heaviest in the range we were allowed. You'd have to ride it and see what you think honestly... The rearsets are slightly higher and back. The main reason for the change was to make it easier to change out pegs and to make them more "racer friendly". Seat pad is ht moto grip, it's pretty thin.
Also to be consider, we are looking for a nice ttr 125, so if you have one, we could look at partial trades in it.
Bump for price drop. $4500 OBO Want to free up some garage space and have a couple projects to get moving on.
