Changing springs in stock forks. Measured oil in one fork 350ml when took apart but it looks like seals were leaking a bit so I'm not sure about the 350ml. Anyone know?

Never fill forks with fluid measurment !!!! Always by level with fork springs out ! Call Traxxion Dynamics they are there for us :) We use 7.5 weight. more consistent. the amount of oil varies upon weight of your spring. .90 kg = more oil than say 1.0 kg :) HOPE THIS HELPS :)

Using volume is unreliable because there is always some fluid left behind when pouring from a container. Get a motion pro or other fork oil level gauge for $30ish and measure with the fork spring out and damping rod installed.

Stock fork oil height on the 05/06 is 109 +/- 2 mm.
