09 is nothing special no suspension or rearsets

 

how does one buy a bike with out a title?
The 09 is a steal, but what happens if it gets reported stolen? I am not challenging, I am just ignorant in the practice.

 

Look up VIN number. If it's not reported stolen then just get a salvaged title
