Selling this for a friend, he has one almost identical to the bike I sold 2 months ago. Bike has about 300 miles on it since rebuild. Also comes with spares, and spare standard exahust, cylinders, heads, carbs, electronics. Hes looking to get a snow mobile now, as hes almost 70 and doesnt ride this enough anymore. Make an offer.
if your bike is still available, please drop me an email so I can get some more info. I can reached at [email protected] Serious buyer with cash
Sorry for the delay, I dont check this board often. Heres a more detailed list of spares. We were incorrect, this is a YEC kit ( which we have been told by Bruce Lind is a more detailed and more expensive kit then the SJK kit) This bike is a 1997, and comes with the YEC kit and the Standard kit. Plenty of spares, and looks just like one I sold recently. We had them done in the same livery a few years back. He wants to make room for a snowmobile, and hes just not riding this like he thought he would. The bike has like 300 miles on a complete rebuild ( new crank etc). Has several spare (rebuildable cranks), and gearing, and jetting, and manual, and ....... Major spares. Standard cylinders, heads, carbs. Gearing is 13-17 Very good condition. 35 - 41 on rear. Spare chains, NEW in box (2) MANY gaskets, rubber seals. rear sets spare (1 set). Foot pegs ( 2 ) Snorkel for air intake. Pics here
I am very interested can you pm me and let me know what you are asking for it and where the bike is located. Thanks Grant
Current high offer is $5800 from Jayco in NY. Owner is ready to sell by monday to highest bidder. He wants to go snowmobile riding over Xmas....so this has to go on Monday.
So, if thats correct, then pretty much ever other steering damper in the world is on backwards? How are you going to adjust it on the fly? if its turned around the other way?
Bike is "unsold" now, the guy who comitted has gone.....MIA......( Jay, works for Ducati North America? anyone know this person?). Bike is now back in bidding, and current high bid is $5500 to Bruce Lind.... Next bid please?
1. no, just yours. 2. you dont need to. do you adjust the damping in your fork on the fly? shock? those may actually be relevant. 3. that is not really a question. no worries. lind can fix it. vince
