    More likely it will come down to the republicans paying someone to read the bill for them and then translate it into short sentences of 1-2 syllable words.

    OK, In this case Ohio does suck, along with Gov. "No Balls" Stricklin. And why is his voice so raspy all the time? Musta choked on the federal "teet"?
