1000's allowed next year

    according to the press release 1000 cc bikes will be in for FIM next year, a year early but will face air restrictions. wondering what you guys thought of this. would ya race a full blown 750 superbike or a watered down 1000? or stick with a twin since they are spanking everyone right now?

    I don't understand the restrictor plate thing?? Wouldn't the 1000's have a weight and handling disadvantage anyway?

    What about AMA? Are they opening up the rules for inline 4's anytime soon?
