09 gsxr 600 connector HELP

I am putting the engine back in my 09 GSXR 600 and I have looked all over but can not find the other end of this connnection. Can any of you guys tell me what it's for and where it goes. It comes out of the harness right at the 90 deg bend of the fuel line.

It looks like it plugs into the injector right behind it in the pic.

 

I wish it was but thats not it.

 

What color are the wires and why don't you think its that injector?

 

There is a connector that goes to nothing.

orange/white & brown... I know that in the pic the injector is unhooked but I have the conector for it.

 

Not unusual to have an unused connector on Suzukis.

Yes I know there are some unused ones but this one has probably 3" long wires on it . I think it goes some where.

 

Its for CA emissions as they have different requirements over there in regards to bikes and emissions. Basically it doesn't go to anything.
