'01 GSXR front wheel removal

    I'm trying to help a buddy get his front wheel off the bike, we keep turning the bolt on the right side and it just keeps spinning the axle. There is something we're obviously missing here.

    Keep the pinch bolt on the left side of the bike (clutch side) tight. Then turn the big bolt.

    Thank you, got it. Didn't realize the whole axle threads into that fitting on the left side.
