I will take 400 pistons, rods, jugs if you want to ship it to 55418 in MN.
Bummer.. Thats the risk when buying a crunched bike.. Its good frames are cheap, some new steel Duc frames go for over 2K! :Puke:
No reserve? I really like this bike and would way rather buy a set up bike than build one right now. I just don't have the money at the moment....
Hahaha, what silly things to do to a poor little VFR. That scary hydraulic clutch will get ya apparently..
Sounds a bit to involved at the moment. I love the engine configuration tho. And the frame. And the fact that it's a Honda. First i've got to...
I can't believe how cheap these VFR's are coming around for. https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ram/mpd/5803042282.html Makes me want to pick one...
@Braden The spacing should be exactly the same between the FZR600 and the 400. I have a brace from a 400 mounted on 600 forks at home.
Take what off my hands, my new 750? I don't think so. I only paid 400 for it, gotta get my monies worth
Just sent Sean an email about adding a SACS oil cooled GSX-R inclusion rule to V6HW. We will see what he thinks. Hopefully I didnt write anything...
Thanks for the info Eric! V6HW seems much more appealing to me than V7 or V8. Not that i'm THAT worried about winning  but unless I have...
I think you are right Steve. The 89 1100 was a little bigger cc and more power, but also more weight.
I'm still not really sure why the 90-92 are ixnayed. All FZR's are included, not sure why all oil cooled GSX-R's aren't in there. Maybe just...
"Normal" being 85-87 and 90-92 with a 48.7mm stroke. 44.7mm in the 88-89. The shorter stroke comes with higher redline and a much more peaky...
Hopefully they speak up! Or maybe they don't want me to know all their oil cooled secrets ;)
Looks like I said a V6 no no and scared everyone off. I looked around a saw a few old threads about people wanting to run later models. They were...
Hey vintage folks. I just picked up a 1991 gsxr 750. I got it for in running condition with 30K miles for 400 bucks! PO was positive it needed a...
Is this still around??
Sent you a text. Hope this isnt sold! I would love to move up to a lightweight bike before the season's over!
I was wondering if the transmission was still assembled in a case vs. in a bag. My bad for not being clear about my question. Will those...
Is the transmission a complete fzr400 lower end, or is it just gearbox guts? And what size are the flatslides? 32mm?
