My ass makes metal detectors squeal.

 

I've got a 10" plate and 12 screws in my left femur from 12 years ago plus a nasty scar,
and a ROD that go's from end to end and two screws in my right femur from Daytona this year!

I must have some weak femurs

 

Actually...Scott has some metal in his left pinky and some newly aquired hardware in his left pelvis.....

Harwell on the other hand.......clink-clank....

 

2 screws in my left tib or fib? The bigger of the two!

Doc says it's too much trouble to remove them and they don't hurt so-------

my first serious crash was a rrr june 5th 2004. in the solo 20, turn 3, lowside. nasty crash. crushed radius.

 

Just had the second plate and 10 screws installed in my shoulder. First plate and 8 screws didn't survive North Florida. Doc is going to return them to me for souvenirs.

10" plate screwed into my upper leg and attached to a big pin going thru the right hip. been there for 31 years. Got drunk one nite and went off the road on my A7 Kawasaki, thats also how I got this nice smile.

That plate is probably made from heavy stainless steel, get that taken out and replaced with titanium.. your a racer now. This shit is important!
