2024 Southeast Region Announcer

WERA is looking for an announcer for the Southeast region for the remainder of the 2024 season. Our announcer role is an all-day position starting at about 8 AM at most events and ending after the last race. Most announcers enjoy holding an awards ceremony at the end of a race day, but it is not a requirement. Other officials such as the race director and chaplain are always more than willing to step up with the trophy presentation. Officials get in the gate for free and have a chance to work with some great people. More specifics can be discussed if you or anyone you know are willing to fill this position.
