What will the NCAA, Iowa university, all the opponents, and the TV crowd do now that their main revenue generator isn't there to prop them all up anymore? The only reason anyone filled the arenas was to see Catlin Clark. The home games, the away games, and only the tournament games she was in drew sellout crowds. I'm sure the WNBA will see that same scenario play out for her first year. She deserves every dollar she gets, because she darn sure made everyone else a pile of cash. It's funny that one young woman did more for the sport than the two great teams that denied her the college championship, yet she is the face of the sport, not those teams. She is more powerful in defeat than they are in victory.

 

Just guessing, but that tunnel of love might need extra equipment if you venture there. Bring the big bore kit.
