Amen. That Roberts retro Yamalube era graphics on Rossi's bike is a home run. The 2015 MotoAmerica version of Josh Hayes bike was a smokeshow too.
IMO the last of the 500's were my favourites. The Rawness of the 2 stroke, but the sculpted swoopy bodywork.
Kawi had their historical GP bikes at COTA a few years ago... it was awesome to see the evolution in complete bikes on display.
