So far, this new one has lost about 30 seconds since I got it set about a week ago. My SKX-007 with the 7s-26 movement can lose a couple of minutes a week. I will eventually have that changed out to an NH-36 (upgraded movement with hacking).
My seiko made GMT does not lose time like yours. if you have the warranty card, you should send it in. Based on this link it should be way less than 3 mins/day.
I have a NH35 Seiko movement in a relax sub clone that gets beat to shit, it is actually about 1 min fast per week. Totally agree, you should use the warranty.
Set it and forget it perpetual calendar. My wife got me this one a long time ago. Pretty beat up but gets the occasional wear
Went to the Rolex store at Somerset mall and inquired about sending my explorer to RSC. It gains about 4 minutes a month For the 1200$ they want I'll find an independent guy while traveling and not risk losing it in shipping. I've been eying the Milgauss on ebay....usually after a couple bourbon drinks. They look sexy
I would highly recommend Paul’s Watch and Clock shop in Sacramento, California. Raimond has done the service on all my vintage Seiko chronos and my Omega Seamaster. Nothing was over $400 on any individual watch. Looks like they have a Rolex special at the moment for $550 https://www.paulswatchrepair.com/
Does anyone on there have experiences with Chrono24? I am looking for a 2257TI and they have a few in Japan lightly used I am looking for
