Max was patient while he walked my fickle ass through the options, and then I placed the order (tires) Thursday and they got delivered today.

You think it's better to call the shop and mention you are a WERA member? I just don't see how Max is able to handle the volume of requests coming in.
He used to have help and that person would get right back to me and I'd have my order in days. The discounts were awesome and service great. I've bought several suits, tire warmers, boots, gloves, undergear and love their stuff and prices.
