2021 KTM 890 Duke R SuperHooligan Race Bike Package

• Has “Tech Pack” enabled for rider aids (quick shift, etc.)
• Current mileage: 2,300 (600 street, remainder track)

Engine/Drivetrain:

• Bone stock engine
• Valves checked at 1,760 miles, and in spec
• ECU flashed with KTM factory “Akrapovic map”
• Rapid Bike Racing piggyback with maps to fine-tune for T4 and 92 pump
• Kickstand switch removal plug
• Carbon canister removed with Rottweiler plug
• Coolant removed, distilled water only (per MotoAmerica requirements)
• Stock chain
• Stock sprockets, with an additional 17T front for Daytona (stock is 16T)
• 15W50 Motorex Racing oil (a few additional quarts included)

Suspension:

• GP 25mm front fork cartridges, built to my spec (145lb without gear, for race use, 8.8N/mm springs)
• Stock rear shock, with “heavy option” 162N/mm OEM KTM spring.
• OEM steering damper, with 30wt oil for increased damping
• KTM Powerparts triple clamp, both steering stops are broken

Controls:

• Woodcraft rearsets
• Stock bars and grips
• Brembo RCS17 master cylinder with Core Moto custom ABS-delete lines

Protection:

• Woodcraft stator cover
• Woodcraft water pump cover
• Woodcraft dome frame sliders
• Woodcraft front and rear axle sliders
• Woodcraft brake lever guard (damaged from crash, in mediocre condition)
• Evotech radiator guard

Bodywork:

• OEM bodywork, OEM decals removed
• Eazi-grip tank grip
• S2 Concepts Bellypan (originally the non-Akrapovic version that I modified to fit the Akra)
• Front and side number plate mounts that comply with Super Hooligan rules

Wheels:

• 2 sets of Dymags: 1 brand new in box (satin black), Other set - front wheel was bent and professionally straightened.
• 1 set OEM
• 2 sets of front rotors, one rear rotor, 2 sets ABS rings

Other:

• Andy DiBrino custom weight kit. This replaces the S2 bellypan bracket and allows bolting on 28lbs of lead to the bottom of the engine. This is really no longer needed following the rule changes in 2023.
• The exhaust has a very small scuff on the carbon end cap that the slider did not protect in a crash. There is also a scrape on the collector pipe, but I have a brand new one to replace that section of pipe.
• There is a small dent the size of a fingernail in the frame, where the broken steering stop allowed the fork tube to contact and dent the frame.

This is a full race package that needs nothing to compete in MotoAmerica SuperHooligans, AHRMA, clubs, etc. The package can also be split up if you want a lower-spec bike, and I'm also willing to part out the bike if you are interested in the race parts (like wheels, suspension, exhaust, etc.)
