Alpinestars Missile Leather Suit (US 46/Eur 56) & TechAir Race Airbag (XL) - Los Angeles

Selling a size US 46/Eur 56 Alpinestars Missile Leather Suit and XL TechAir Race Airbag Vest. Purchased both new in November of 202o. I've probably worn them for 6-10 track days. Never crashed and the airbag still has both charges. The leather suit has the original armor it sold with. Will also include Nucleon KR-HR Hip armor (CE Level 1) and Nucleon KR-CI chest armor (CE Level 2) if you want it.

I’m located in Glendale, CA. Will sell the suit and airbag vest together for $1,000 or individually for $600 each. Prefer Venmo/Zelle, but I'll also take cash.

As much as I enjoy riding on the track, I’ve decided it’s too expensive and I don’t have the time to keep up with it anymore, and thus the reason for selling.

Note that in the picture of the airbag vest, you can see some duct tape on one of the hard panels. After purchasing the vest from STG, I noticed that some of the thread holding the hard panel in place was coming loose. I contacted STG, and they reached out to Alpinestars and said that it was still safe to use and shouldn't unravel further. I just taped it to make extra sure it wouldn't get any worse. Still have the email correspondence with STG if you are interested in seeing.

Some additional photos of the suit below. There's a few scuffs on the elbow sliders due to bumping into things when walking around. The leather where it interfaces with the boot and bike has a few scuffs, but it is all cosmetic. There's a small hole in the mesh liner shown in one of the images, and another image shows the neck collar has some stitching that has come undone. Again, all cosmetic.

Hi.
what is your height and weight to give me an idea of the measurements of the suit

 

I'm 5'11, 210 lb with an athletic build. Suit was super tight when I first got it, but has definitely loosened up some. It is still just a smudge tight in the legs and arms for my taste, but nothing I couldn't ride in. Length wise in the arms and legs, it was actually a little longer than I would have ideally liked, but again, was totally manageable. Guess this is why people pay good money for custom suits haha.

 

Suit and vest are now both sold!
