Lol, a lot of elbow grease… Depending on the condition of the part, if it has a lot of marks such as scratches, rock dings etc. If there is a lot of those present I would sandblast part with fine media to smooth the surface and after that Scotch bright pads red and green. While using pads I would use some wd-40 or power lube. After surface conditions is in shape I want it to be, I use NEW red pad in one direction as straight as possible to get brushed aluminum look. After this you can put som kind of coating to protect the look and eliminate oxidation or you can leave it like that and when it gets dull run pad across and bring back the shine. But remember main ingredient is elbow grease!
Thank you, yours will be nice as well just take your time to do it the way you will be happy with it. If you have any questions shoot me an PM and I will help if I can.
Oh boy... @Robby-Bobby might as well start with the motor. Let me know where to send it and how you want it packed. Now off to find plastics, bearings, bushings, bolts, seat, wheels, spokes, brakes, wires, exhaust, brackets, decals, controls and anything else I need.
