In 1998 we suffered the worse ice storm to have hit Quebec and surely North America. No power for over 30 days in some places. I was left with out for 45 days ! Enjoy...
I may or may not have been under the influence when I posted that... I kid. I found the pic on the intergores. I still think it'd work.......ish....
Cause most can't make it there Have tried and can't... only engineers, medical field and tech. Or with a very good company willing to sponsor.
I prefer to think of it more like "I can run in the berm where the ice on the grass is crunchy and ahs traction"
I was part of that too. We were lucky, only out 4 days, some remote places were over a month. Ice is a killer, I'll take snow by the foot any day.
Here's my driveway and rear deck yesterday: In the garage in front that Pilot is my K5 1000, on stands, under a tarp, .... Thank God for snow throwers!
F@ck that... lolll Can't stand the cold, the snow, the ice storms... all of it !!! Body loves being in the heat and it does it some good as well.
Actually, what I'm reading is the propane can't be extracted as well (or at all) at these temperature and Texas doesn't seem to have much storage capacity. You need to re-apply some of your favourite patchouli. Maybe Texas could burn some of its bullet storage. <Runs away at a very high pace!>
I work with a guy like that. Every year in the winter he just becomes miserable. He golfs and fishes all summer. All these years I've been telling him to take up ice fishing and get a sled and he's always just grumbled, until this year he bought all the gear and a sled and just loves it. Goes every weekend. Still a grumpy ass, but now he has weekend fishing stories in winter lol.
Reading a bit about the Texas grid and everything seems to be set up for when it's gawd damn texas stupid hot. Crazy but makes sense.
