Depends. If he just runs wide before charging back onto the racing line without looking he'll hit whoever is passing him. If he runs off the track before charging back to the racing line, the guys behind him will get past before he can hit them.

Anyone else, I would have just assumed that they are joking. You, I actually think you're capable of having looked at an actual map to figure out which direction that particular part of the track is pointed. That's a sad, sad thought. It should give you pause.
Just to confirm: this is exactly what I did (not sad). Since a kid, maps and orientation have been my bag. Decades and decades later, almost everything I do professionally with data is tracked for position and it just carries over. I will say you were less off with Bautista/Madrid, and this is your home race.
