I think I have actually met and spoken to 2 regular denizens of this cesspool: Mongo and 83BSA.

I've spoken to Shenanigans once on the phone, and I think I may have met R Acree several decades ago, long before the beeb started.

The rest of you are complete mysteries to me.

I was an online persona before this forum was started. RACE list, 2 Strokes list, etc.

My first WERA race was in 1994, so I've known Mongo since then. He was a bit of a mini-Mongo relative to current day, however.

DaveK was imported here by me from a Yahoo chat group. Have met him several times, but that was last century.

Johnny B was also known from the Yahoo group (started by DA). Also there was RM Racing. I still remember fondly his live race reports via the chat room.

Met HPPT at a Road A GNF at some point. Was along the fence line separating the old pits and the track.

There were others, but many have been gone for a long time. Laura Perry ("Forwarded from the AMA …" - always had good info to post here; first met her in '92 or '93), Billy Brownsberger (sp?) [his stories were epic], Patrick Ludwig, Fred Farzanigan, et. al. I still recall some SV650 rider that did nothing but bitch with Mongo about rules and class eligibility - I would make posts telling/showing him how stupid he was. He once threaten to beat the $h1t out of me if I showed up to the GNF … There, I found him to say hello. I made an offer to debate in person, but he declined. No violence either, as beating up a guy that is short and fat is not resume material.

 

I have met mongo..Rob linders.... sold a shock to socal rider. Aussie Dave I am friends with him. There is a few guys I know on here that dont post often but I have seen their stuff for sale. Mookie being one of those and Brad senze

I raced in 05-09 so met some people back then that were on the BBS

 

And I met a lot of you working with this stickly gentleman.

 

I make it a point to try and meet you guys when I'm at the track. I regret that I didn't get to meet Richie at Road A a couple of years ago because I crashed before he got there and decided to head home early. It would have been an epic party night.
