Strick SV? I can't remember if I liked him or not.

 

Was on the original iteration of the beeb. Never banned as far as i can remember. Deserved it a few times... not sure how I dodged the bullet.

 

14 years active, lurked for 2.5 before registering

 

Strick and Strickette are good peeps. I really enjoyed hanging out with them at the track.

April 2000....dang. It sure doesn't seem that long ago.

My first WERA event, as a spectator, that I remember is Rockingham National in 92. I just remember Kurt Hall on his multi-colored GSXR, also a girl instructor on a EX in Bargy's race school mock race, just demoralizing some dude on a ZX-7 .

First race was 1996

I didn't know whether to laugh at that comment or not but I did anyway.

 

Cas had serious medical issues, was about as stubborn as they get, and by all accounts a decent man. I set him off more than once. I kinda miss him.
