Brand new dianese D-air suit

I have a brand new Dianese D-air suit still in the plastic with tags on it sitting on the hanger it came with never rode in or even plugged in.The suit is one size too small for me with the knox trackvest on underneath. They want 10% restock fee for me to send back so i thought id c if anyone else wanted to save that money off a new suit and il just purchase another next size up outright rather than the restocking route.
