raced an 09' CBR600RR for 3yrs. now racing a 15' R6. chose the R6 for sure. i still like the CBR chassis a tiny bit more at mid-corner. but the fly-by-wire on the R6 makes everything before and after that so much easier, which is where all the laptime is.
I'd buy a bike from Frankie in a heartbeat if i needed one and he had what i was looking for ... i just wouldn't run to the beeb before talking to him face to face if there was some issue following the sale.
If you don't understand, then obviously you are missing a Grom. If you had a Grom, you would know the reason for the obsession, the meaning of life, and the universe as a whole.
Ever been in a race where you didn't win, where you just KNEW you were a better rider than the rider who beat, that you would have beat him if the bikes were closer to being equal? Welcome to the Grom Cup.
If you are on facebook, look up a guy named John Cook. He is selling a Grom with Ohlins suspension and M4 exhaust, that only has about 500 miles on it, for about the same price as a stock new one (obviously with no dealer fees). So for somebody that would plan on adding an exhaust and Ohlins suspension, it is a great deal.
