Stick, where are you located, i may have to drive up there to get some tires. Send me a PM or reply here if you don't worry about freeloaders, squatters, and Syrian refugees… do you still have those Bridgestone inflatable rubber dolls?
We can still get the 18" dot. We just put one n the trailer for Tally. Charles, we're up here outside of Columbia. With race season getting ready to start, finding us here is going to be harder. We'll be at Tally for WERA, and then RRR for AHRMA the last weekend of Feb.
No stock its a 5.5 x 18 rear wheel, 3 x 17 front. Already swapped the front to a F3 3.5 x 17. Rear tire size is supposed to be 170/60/18. Looking for a 17 x 5.5 but they are rare. Hoping to race this bike this year but only if I can get that rear tires situation sorted out.
I called and left a message yesterday about ordering some slicks. Wasn't sure if you got the message? Thanks.
Just sent a text to the 0731 #. Have a couple of certs that expire tomorrow, not sure how to handle that. Thanks!
Derrick (Stickboy) will have some different Sava and Mitas tires this year for Thruxtons, EX 250/Cbr 250 some and vintage bikes with 18 and 19 inch tires, the compounds have proven sticky and durable and are priced reasonably. Please post possible size needs, thanks, Kevin
Hey Stick, thanks for your help and advice at Tally on Saturday. My son puts so much trust in his Bridgestone DOTs that he was dragging the stator cover after ten laps in school on a bike he's never ridden. Here's looking forward to Roebling.
Britx. Glad to hear it. Sorry for the trouble and thank you. Yamageezer, That's great. I'm glad he's having fun and figuring it out. We'll see you at RRR.
