It may be due to environmental temps, not conductor temps. It's for use around auto/truck engine compartments.

depends on if the shrinkage is within parameters over the size of the job. waste was almost non existant. I don't have it. The only 18 ga 105*c wire I have is flat lamp style cord, mostly short sections like 8 ft. If any of you guys need any low voltage wire, like 2 or 4 conductor 26-28 ga round or some phone cordage let me know.
classic NJ contractor. SOP. it just fell off the back to the truck... when i worked in Jersey, we'd have random contractors (weekly) stop at the front desk with a truckload of whatever and ask to see the facilities guy about whether we needed anything done to our building.
