He's a lizard. It was cold so he was very lethargic.

I didn't know it was called a fence lizard. We called them pine lizards.

 

Its a male pine swift , males are darker with a blue belly , females have a pale stomach....... my old college major that I never used..................

 

So far I have learned nothing about lizards from this thread, except that people seem to name them after where they find them.
