Not completely off topic, but I'm pretty sure Rossi's also suffered from a shoulder injury in the 2010 timeframe, before the broken leg. It was in the news quite a bit...

 

I think Cal will score a few podiums next year on the Honda. There's no doubt that he's not riding the Ducati to it's full potential though.

 

I'm a big Rossi fan, but I had the same thought. He was bothered by it in 2010, from a MX crash. The photo could very well be taken out of context though. I'm gonna have to watch the press conference.

 

Agreed, I think he is just going through he motions, but do not understand Why Ducati do not just swap him out, but that probbally is due to Dorna money and British media base
