yes. i think the part number is slightly different, dont remember, but i swapped a 07 600 motor for an 07 750 motor without changing the harness and have had zero problems for upwards of 3000 track miles.
Yes the harness will work. Also need ecu, throttle bodies and air box. It will fire and run on the 600 ecu but I'd think the timing curve would be different.
