How does one go about obtaining will and estate info on the deceased?

In Ohio if that helps.

 

In Maryland, I would start in the jurisdication that the deceased resided in.

 

Don't know about Ohio, but in NY it is the Surrogate Court, and in VA it is the County Courthouse.

I am sure if you start at the County Courthouse (or equivalent) they will be able to direct you to the right place.
