Looks like the lacerated spleen ( and a punctured lung that I didn't know about), are healing themselves. With any luck he'll be out of the intensive trauma unit tomorrow.
Thanks everyone! Terrance is doing okay. with the internal injuries, they are monitoring and waiting. The docs had him on a strict no food/drink last night due to the potential for surgery but they feel like he is doing well and have allowed him to start eating some of that nasty hospital food. They are planning on moving him out of the trauma icu by tomorrow. I want to thank all the marrc corner workers and safety crew! Also, thanks to the folks that helped pack his trailer and offered to help any way possible! I'm sure terrance will be posting as soon as he can and expressing the same!
Your welcome. As a 2nd year MAARC member and first year racer I quickly learned the value of Air fences. I can tell you from personal experience Terrence is a Soldier. We were telling him to stay still but this dude pushed us off, said it hurts to breath and began getting up on his own.
Putter, ill keel you. That's my Bacon! Who put that airfence there? I was trying to make my own shortcut from 8-10. Tommy d didn't tell me that I couldn't make a right! Thanks everyone for the well wishes! Thanks Mueller and Robert for packing up my stuff. Ill respond more when I get to a computer, typing on the phones a little difficult.
