You know, now that the OP has firmly established what a fool he is, it might be in your best interest to let this thing die. Because at the end of the day, you still lied about knowing that the bike was straight. You did everything in your power after that to make up for it and that's great, but you still lied before the transaction. And don't tell me it looked straight to both of you guys; you have enough experience to know that at that point in time, you didn't really know if it was straight or not.

I don't think there has ever been a better use for the phrase "you should quit while you're ahead."

 

I felt kind of sorry for the seller for a while, but I don't anymore. He's walked waaaaay far down the path of douchebaggery. Soon it will be too late to turn back, if it isn't already.

If I could afford to take the bike to mphohio i WOULD. You guys think I am not willing to prove the frame is bent... i am more than willing.

 

I have a blank frame off a 600RR at home, I'll check it out tonight and let you know exactly where to measure
