I can't believe I actually wasted so much time reading this thread. Why is that so many are quick to judge and point fingers and not to help others. Did anyone say hey why don't we all throw $5 in to help get the bikes fixed. Or hey I can get you some good prices on some parts. No it's easier to bitch and moan and point fingers. I guess we all should just take up knitting and but then someone might poke an eye out and start another 22 page bitch and moan fest. This is just so dissappointing

 

I'm laughing because I'm guilty of this. I've been known to lean up on a bike at the start. Just don't make any sudden moves. I guess there is a benefit to being heavy.

 

Funny I did offer to fix the kids bike and I did help the other rider out but see nobody talks about that

 

There are two reasons for this...

There's nothing amusing or fun in fixing a bike. It would have been better if you didn't do anything then flamed up on the BBS. That's where the entertainment is. You could have even fixed the guys bike and not talked about it. Leave everyone with the assumption that you guys are asses.

You guys need someone like me to boost your entertainment value. There's more money in being a villain than a nice guy.
