I ordered a new Arai today, and I'm planning on shipping this one back to Arai for testing. If it passes I'm keeping it and selling my other one. If it fails I'll have a nice door stop.

Sometimes dying can be the easy part. Hopefully you will not have a life changing event due to sub par equipment.

I'm not sure haven't personally sent in any helmets but have heard they don't give them back. If they drill a hole in it then it can still be used as a sweet door stop or lamp base.
