It's always better if you're a "fast track day rider" who can "beat 99% of the idiots on this BBS" or something to that effect, because, as we all know, riding at a track day is just like racing, only it takes more skill and expertise...
Do a search before you ask your question. Unless your checking on what oil to use and how frequent to change it. We haven't covered that yet but we will get to it soon. Keep checking back...
Stifle it, edith. These things work out. I don't think anyone has mentioned yet that WERA business hours are apparently from 9:30pm on. Best to call the cell if the stoopid pm's don't work... -jim
Whenever possible, always mention that CCS is better because of <insert reason here> and that safety is made possible by the use of orange safety cones.
Forgot one. As steering dampers are just silly, make sure you ask for an exception. Sure to be granted. whoops. Oh. and this JU guy? Screw him. He just posts a lot. Like Cannoli, only with an actual post count. Only JU makes sense and isn't a latent something or other. -jim
Dave K is the "nice" mod here. If you have any needs, issues, or questions just send him a PM (or, better yet, start a new thread about it so the whole world knows) and Dave K will be happy to oblige. Satisfaction guaranteed!
Never joke about tazering livestock Never ask what to have for lunch Never f**k with a racer on a katana
Killing kittens. It rules. edit. Jeez, I've only been here for a while. How have I soaked up all this lore? -jim
Hell... Jimbo has put me to shame with his post count. Especially with me having a 2 year head start on him. Here's another newbie tip though... If you moderate your own obscure message board Mongo is always open to suggestions that you may have to improve this one. Mentioning caferace brought this to mind but he's not one, to my knowledge, that has been guilty of such behavior (nor is his board "obscure").
