Back to normal and DMG can claim that someone other than Suzuki can win. Everybody should be happy. Great job in race 1 Josh.
wont be long before ol Rog starts lookin at ways to slow down your dominant team and... congrats again
Right on Josh and JU's team! Now let me get this right.....Thompson was working on his own bike??? What the hell....
Great races, all three, supersport, and sportbike especially, and superbike wasn't a runaway. Got some nice images from the first two, Thompson and Barnes crashed in T6.
It was a pleasure meeting a few of you folks this weekend. I was so busy working on sore and heat exhausted racers that I only saw 2 races. What an honor and a pleasure to play a part in helping folks race better. Now that I am burned out after 6 days straight at Infineon, I get to button up my trip to Miller for next weekend. Hope to see you there. Denise Lindquist Hands On Track Massage Therapy
Don't get your underwear in a bundle. IMHO Ben was just doing something, anything, to keep busy. He'd had a really hard day (also crashed in practice that morning). The race crash left him pretty sore with some light rash on his chin(!). You could sense his disappointment 500 miles away. The guy was incredibly down. And, rather than sit with it, he got to work. I like Ben alot for that. He's a good kid. (I can say kid since I've got at least 14 years on him. ) Here's to him having a much, much better next round! (on a side note: i was in the KWS garage and pits all day on Saturday and chatted some with Ben while he was working. so, yeah, i was there.)
I was trying to be a little more diplomatic than that. Thanks again, Chip, for letting me hang on Saturday. Jim: Dude, absolutely! We've crossed virtual paths what seems like a million time. It was great to finally meet you.
Crashed T4 and cut the track to get re-teched and got DQ'd for an infraction of the rules discussed in the riders meeting... http://www.amaproracing.com/rr/even...09010925&discipline=RR&class=DS&type=F&rnum=2 Scroll all the way down..
