Any word On Justin Marm

its been about a month and half. What is the latest word on justin? Im hoping that his pt and all have been going very good.

 

Feb update from Justin's sister

Justin has moved out of Bryn Mawr Rehab and into a specialized residential neuro-treatment-facility in Lancaster. He has his own apartment in a condo and lives with 5 other roommates who also have suffered a TBI. He has therapy every day and has made some tremendous progress with his balance and walking, even just in the 2 weeks he's been living there. The doctors estimate that he'll be back to independent living within a year. Justin is very committed to his goals and will no doubt prove them wrong (again!)

His short term memory is coming back (whoo hoo!) and his humor is as good as ever. He's got his IPhone back up and running and is once again connected with the 'outside' world.

We are so incredibly happy and blessed. Many thanks to all of his racing buddies who have made the trek to PA to visit with Justin. He turns 36 on Saturday March 1st so we are throwing him a party here in West Chester.

Thanks for the update Courtney! March 1 is my nephews 18th b-day, good people born on that day... Tell Justin we are thinking of him and praying for his continued success in recovery.

I speak to Justin regularly on the phone and he is doing quiet well :up:

still has a long way to go to get back where he was, but happy he's still here.
