Wrong. There are 36 states that use lethal injection. All 36 are now in CA's position.

And that position is.. having to switch drugs used to put convicts to death?

This is like arguing over what caliber of bullets the firing squad will use.

 

tell ya what, get back to me in early May when the State has had a chance to argue their case again, then we'll see what happens and if it's a conundrum still. I hope you're right that it's just a matter of choosing a new drug - but we'll still have the 'needle in the arm' argument.
