I like it, and Yamaha ( or somebody ) needs to make a lower fairing for that.

 

Saw it a little earlier and thought “that’s pretty cool.”

Finally read up on the bike the article you linked and Yamaha covered a few of my criticisms. The lower fairing is available and the rear fender is bucket of smashed assholea ugly.

It’s a very cool bike but I’d want to tweak it.

 

Yeah, I love Yamahas and have owned a fair amount of their classics, but this just misses the mark for me. Looks too dodged together, doesn't have a classic flow.

 

I really like it. Looks good, and a bit garage built. A lower fairing would complete the look. Hope it makes it here.

 

I think it looks great without the lowers, makes it a little more unique.

Looks like a home built clubman bike on the way to tech. I kinda like it.

Which is really funny, because this color scheme harkens back to exactly Eddie's era.

Looks like what was on WERA grids mid 80s. Motorcycles sans the lowers. My 86 FZ600 comes to mind.

 

Reminds me of my racing days on board my beloved FZR400 with Marlborough paint job.

 

I'd rather have a proper racey R9 with a retro livery.

Bike is growing on me. I have been considering a retro Marlboro-like paint scheme for my R6.
