Frat prank. First guy in the house that passes out get his eyebrows shaved and a weiner drawn on their forehead.
Paasch was with me this weekend in Jax Racing dirt track. he’s got a sweet deal working (not in MA) which is a bummer but definitely good for him. also he has crazy natural ability. huge dirt track event and he was more than respectable. he’s coming to train (get abused) this week in Pensacola
Good luck to 'em! I still want to know who is running the Suzuki's! Is there even going to be a team this year?
Those are rumors right? I suppose it's better the rumor is Fong / Peterson instead of rumor of them leaving entirely.
Wonder what he's talking about with rule changes to supersport? Did I miss something or have they not been publicly announced yet?
I get running a 675, but a 765 seems like too much power to compete with 600's. Are they handicapped somehow?
The numbers of straight up 600cc bikes is drying up and they need equipment. Wonder if Kawasaki will bitch about it? Open the class further. Let in inline 4 "stock" 750cc, let them mod the 600s, twins up to 999cc, moto2 bikes, those 765 triumphs and let's go.
WSBK is going to use BSB as the test-bed for running other engine configs in SS. https://www.gpone.com/en/2020/11/10...in-sbk-together-to-change-the-supersport.html I wouldn't bet that MA will change the rules that much even for 2022.
A modern Triumph engine Moto2 bike would destroy that field. They already included the only twin under 1000cc worthy of a shot, the 959. I suppose you could try a 790 Duke, but I am thinking it would be a big underdog. Is the 890 Duke R out yet? It might have a chance. However you (and they) left out the bigger triple MT-09. I wonder if a team could build both an R6 and MT-09 then pick which to use depending on the track?
^^ a Moto2 bike is SBK fast around COTA and that includes a monster back straight - it will slaughter a production 600/675/765/959/whatever field.
I think in Europe they run the old 600cc Moto2 and production 600s together (but the scoring is separate)
